I’m approaching the end of the drawing portion of this piece and have to decide on a painting style. Truthfully, I went a little further on the sketch part because I haven’t decided. If this were an actual canvas, I would have gone on to a watered down acrylic paint and build the colors over the values, then finish up with touchups for highlights and shadows. Since this is digital, I have to do some experimenting to see what brush/color technique lends itself best for this. I’d like to stick with the Procreate software but will take it to Photoshop if necessary. Not trying to get too technical up here. Long story short, time for google and some trial and error.
